Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Hutchinson, KS is seeking a Server to deliver a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues and guests. This full-time role requires enthusiastic service and the ability to work a busy kitchen and dining area.

You will be paid weekly at $14.00-$15.00 per hour, with a $2 weekend differential, plus benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Serve food and beverages, with attention to dietary restrictions and menu details.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with service and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of meal periods and maintain clean service areas.
