Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Birmingham is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to provide attentive service in a welcoming, well-maintained environment. You’ll learn our food and beverage offerings and share that knowledge with guests to enhance their dining experience.

You will use our Toast POS system to take orders and process payments, collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and address guest questions with confidence.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Proven ability to stay organized, maintain cleanliness, and present a welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and ability to explain them to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that makes guests feel valued.
• Be well-versed in our menu and steps of service to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Use Toast POS to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Collaborate with team to keep service running smoothly and assist in other areas as needed.
• Address guest feedback positively and turn challenges into opportunities for great service.
