Job summary

Sonny’s BBQ is hiring for a Front of House Team Member to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, seat them, process payments, and communicate with the kitchen while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask across duties including upselling and restocking. Training will be provided as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.
• Attend ongoing training or certification programs required by company or state.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Seat guests and communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
