Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks Front-of-House team members to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll assist guests, process payments, and maintain clean, organized dining areas.

Responsibilities include seating guests, coordinating with the kitchen, restocking, and upholding service standards while adhering to safety and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Restaurant service experience preferred.
• Willing to learn certifications as required by the company or state.
• Able to upsell guests and process payments.
• Attend ongoing training or certification programs when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests on arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
