ACGBBQ LLC. dba Sonny's BBQ in Richmond, KY is hiring Front of House Team Members. This role focuses on providing excellent guest service, upselling beverage and menu items, processing transactions, and restocking supplies to keep service flowing smoothly.

You will greet guests, seat them, coordinate with the kitchen, and perform cleaning and side work. The job requires dependable, adaptable team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash and credit transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willing to work in wet/humid conditions and with cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
