Job summary

Sonny’s BBQ is seeking Front of House Team Members in Tallahassee to deliver memorable guest experiences through friendly service, accurate transactions, and seamless interaction with kitchen staff. You will help seat guests, upsell when appropriate, and support a fast-paced dining room.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders when appropriate.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
