Job summary

Sonny's BBQ is looking for friendly, service-oriented team members to join our front-of-house team. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments at the register, and help ensure every dining experience is memorable.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teammates, and participate in ongoing training. We offer flexible hours, growth opportunities, and benefits that support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience or training.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Work cooperatively with all staff.
• Take and ring in food orders.
• Bag orders with correct items and condiments.
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist with catering orders and drive-thru orders.
• Use the POS system to process transactions.
• Restock and maintain the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
