Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage choices.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables, as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standards.
