Job summary

Our dining team seeks a friendly Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and care. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, maintain a clean dining area, and handle transactions with precision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the legal right to work in the U.S. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and resolve any service challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
