Job summary

FOX BROOKHAVEN LLC is seeking an enthusiastic server to provide warm, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, recommend items, deliver meals, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and a professional appearance. Previous server or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old; TABC certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about items.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Check on guests throughout dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Upsell additional menu items and beverages to increase sales.
