Lowline Hotel in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced dining room. You will take orders, greet guests, and help ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or customer service experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle payments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Weekend and holiday shifts are required as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and checks.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or serve customers seated at counters.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and present itemized checks, process payments, and operate cash registers.
• Check identification to verify minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with additional duties such as setting up tables, clearing dishes, and providing excellent guest service.
