Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Server in our 50 Restaurant 1 department to create memorable dining experiences for guests. This hourly, full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering attentive, friendly service.

You will take orders, input into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure accurate presentation and timely service. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server or guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong English verbal communication.
• Ability to learn menu items and allergens.
• POS system experience and basic math for cash handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials.
• Take and input accurate orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and timeliness.
• Monitor guest experience and anticipate needs.
• Provide menu recommendations and ingredients details.
• Handle concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Process payments securely and complete closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service station and assist with side work.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, bussers and kitchen staff.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and training.
