Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with seating when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests, noting allergies.
• Provide water, drinks, and meals and coordinate with kitchen/bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Check on guests and address requests or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills and handle payment transactions accurately and quickly.
