Responsibilities
Direct guests to their seats and present the menu.
Present wine pairing recommendations to guests.
Ensure all guest needs are met with back server.
Process payments using Micros POS system.
Check IDs for age compliance.
Maintain tables by pre-bussing and clearing.
Check in with guests to ensure meal satisfaction.
Reset tables before new guests are seated.
Prepare food stations for shifts or large parties.
Assist host with call-ahead orders and seating.
Work diligently for outstanding service.
Adapt to fast-paced restaurant environment.
Skills
