Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Present wine pairing recommendations to guests.
• Ensure all guest needs are met with back server.
• Process payments using Micros POS system.
• Check IDs for age compliance.
• Maintain tables by pre-bussing and clearing.
• Check in with guests to ensure meal satisfaction.
• Reset tables before new guests are seated.
• Prepare food stations for shifts or large parties.
• Assist host with call-ahead orders and seating.
• Work diligently for outstanding service.
• Adapt to fast-paced restaurant environment.
