Job summary

ARK Hospitality is hiring for a Restaurant Server at the Cambria Hotel Colorado Springs location. The role involves welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages with professional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, assisting with opening/closing tasks, and supporting events and banquets. Prior restaurant or hotel serving experience is preferred, with certification in Food Handler and TIPS welcome or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to ARK Hospitality standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns or involve a manager.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Support rooftop, banquet, and special event service as assigned.
