Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Six months' experience in food service preferred.
• Knowledgeable of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• English fluency and literacy.
• Compliance with sanitation standards (ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner.
• Complete set-up, stocking and service of assigned area; sets, cleans, and resets tables.
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and linens from tables and transport to dish area.
• Monitor and replenish stock items in assigned area in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
• Refill water, coffee, and condiments; carry orders to tables as needed.
• Make coffee or tea as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean and sanitized workstations.
• Partner with culinary team to ensure coordinated workflow.
• Maintain all equipment and service stations in proper condition.
• Meet or exceed sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, departmental and company policies.
