Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a fun, high-quality dining experience. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate order input, and adherence to safety and licensing standards.

The position requires English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to work within a team in a fast-paced casino dining setting. Training will be provided; licensing and certifications will be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and documents.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
• Must qualify for Pennsylvania State Racing Commission license and meet Gaming Control Board requirements.
• Must obtain food handler and RAMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a fun atmosphere.
• Guide dining experience and ambassador of goodwill.
• Prepare restaurant and table for service; manage assigned section.
• Input orders accurately into the computer and deliver food and drinks.
• Reconcile checks and invite guests back.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Monitor guests' alcohol intake per policy.
• Stock side stations and perform opening/closing side work.
