Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Server at Grand Williston Hotel & Convention Center in Williston, ND. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, and ensure a memorable dining experience while following safety guidelines and company playbooks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience, and required state certifications. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered after the initial period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Guru: greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure needs are met from start to finish.
• Menu Mastermind: know ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Accuracy Ace: deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, with attention to detail.
• Table Tactician: juggle multiple tables, keep spaces clean, and stay composed under pressure.
• Payment Pro: handle transactions, close checks, and follow security protocols.
