Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Grand Williston Hotel & Convention Center in Williston, ND is seeking a House Attendant Lead to support housekeeping leadership, maintain public areas, and assist guests with service requests. This full-time role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

The position involves cleaning, deep cleaning, setting up lobby and meeting spaces, assisting front desk with guest requests, delivering service items, and occasionally driving the hotel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year hotel experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Capable of quick decision-making and action.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Clean/Buff floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas and shampoo furniture as needed.
• Clean public restrooms and coordinate regular maintenance.
• Assist guests with luggage at check-in/check-out in a friendly manner.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Handle Lost and Found per company standards.
• Submit daily assignment checklists to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
