You will coach a team, uphold service standards, handle high-pressure situations with composure, and partner with hotel leadership to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years in hospitality OR 4-year degree with 1+ year experience.
• 5+ years progressive hotel supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations with composure.
• Valid driver’s license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout guest service from check-in to check-out, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Motivate, coach, and guide the team to maintain high standards and smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep front desk running seamlessly and guests smiling.
