Qualifications

• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and ID verification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take guests’ orders and relay to the kitchen.
• Run food to tables and assist with service flow.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment; operate POS system.
• Check IDs for guests who appear under 30 and ensure alcohol service compliance.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized stations and dining areas.
• Support opening/closing duties and stock condiments as needed.
