Job summary

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes, maintain bar cleanliness, handle payments, and assist with bar inventory. The role requires 2 years of bartending experience and knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age
• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our guests
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register
• Be able to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, upsell beverages, and suggest drinks to fit guests' desires
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes
• Learn names and recognize regular guests
• Record drink orders into the Micros system after receipt
• Process payments and make changes as needed
• Maintain glassware and garnishes, keep bar area clean
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as directed
• Be available to cover shifts to ensure smooth operation
• Be the Floor Generals, leading FOH to ensure great guest experience
