Job summary

Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar is seeking a friendly server to provide attentive, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, relay to the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of service experience, basic knowledge of dining room procedures, and basic math skills to handle payments using Micros POS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money; operate Micros POS.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests within 30 seconds and make them feel at home.
• Introduce yourself to guests and inform them of specials and menu changes.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders; relay to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of checks and payments.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist fellow servers as needed.
