Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a Service Assistant to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. You will assist servers with food running, table clearing, and guest service while following health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and meet basic computer literacy requirements.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service mindset.
• Read, write and speak English clearly.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb and stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and basic computer skills.
• Must have valid food safety certification if required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• This position requires attendance as scheduled and policy compliance.
• Punch in and report to a manager on time in full uniform.
• Set up dining room and handle side work and closing duties.
• Assist servers with guest service and product knowledge.
• Serve guests according to service standards and assist with table cleanup.
• Process payments and operate POS efficiently.
• Maintain restaurant safety and sanitation.
• Attend employee meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Keep a clean, professional appearance at all times.
