Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Server to deliver superior service to guests in a fast-paced casino environment. You will assist with menu and beverage selections, present daily specials, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of table service, and the ability to work varied shifts. Prior experience in food/beverage service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service.
• Knowledge of table service procedures and etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Typically 2 years' table service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
• Greet guests and inform them of specials and daily offerings.
• Assist guests with menu and beverage selection; demonstrate salesmanship.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness to issues.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide for them.
• Perform tableside cooking and service, including desserts and wine service.
• Transport trays and serve food and beverages; assist in the restaurant area.
• Review and comprehend necessary documentation; take orders accurately.
• Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced casino environment.
