Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking experienced servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences with genuine hospitality. You will guide guests through menus, suggest beverages and dishes, and ensure orders are accurate while maintaining a friendly, attentive service ethos.

This role requires standing for long periods, complying with age and eligibility requirements, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have required work cards.
• Minimum of 6 months in bar-related positions preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for duration of shift; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers and present menus.
• Take/serve orders and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and perform duties.
