Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to help deliver food and drinks, clean and reset tables, and support the service team across dining room, bar, and golf courses. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and attentive, warm hospitality in a fun, tech‑infused environment.

Our venues are open seven days a week with flexible schedules; typical hours range between 15 and 30 per week. Requirements include being 18+, hospitality experience, and the ability to multitask calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
