Job summary

IHOP is seeking a friendly server to provide prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, and ensure accurate remittance and smooth dining flow.

Applicants should be able to read and understand guest checks, communicate clearly in English, and operate POS systems. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided to support exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand guest checks and instructions.
• Basic math skills for handling guest checks and payments.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, take and serve orders in a courteous manner.
• Handle guest remittance and process payments as required.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Memorize IHOP terminology and standard operating procedures.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
