Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers in Chicago is seeking a Service Representative to be the frontline of guest experience. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and sales, while delivering friendly hospitality and providing accurate administrative support to management.

You will maintain product knowledge, operate POS systems, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position’s nature.
