Job summary

Living Spaces in Texas is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by following the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. You will drive sales performance through targeted SPH and KPIs, while ensuring high guest satisfaction as measured by surveys, and maintain an inviting showroom with accurate merchandising.

The role involves analyzing daily sales, collaborating with leadership, and supporting store operations including inventory accuracy and furniture assembly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and company KPIs while achieving guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
• Maintain showroom Visual Merchandising Standards and oversee merchandising and labeling on the floor.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
