Responsibilities

• Respond to overnight and morning inquiries (opening shift).
• Outbound calls begin at 9:00 am to engage prospects.
• Handle inbound calls for sales and digital inquiries promptly with customized messaging.
• Follow up with existing inquiries via call, text, and email.
• Engage with the customer database for prospecting and relationship building.
