You will work with leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience across our locations. The position requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a team-player attitude, with evenings and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or call center sales experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Full-time position including evenings and weekends.
• Virginia driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and morning/overnight inquiries.
• Outbound calls to prospects and follow-up on inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls for sales departments and respond quickly to digital inquiries.
• Maintain engagement with customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Participate in team meetings and performance-based contests.
