Sheehy Auto Stores in Richmond, VA seeks a BDC Associate to manage internet leads, answer inquiries by phone and email, and set appointments. Strong customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. Shifts include weekday evenings and Saturdays to support dealer activities.

You will document feedback in CRM, stay informed about product benefits, and contribute to customer satisfaction while supporting sales goals. Competitive benefits are offered.

Mansioni

• Managing internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answering questions on available stock and product performance.
• Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers' questions.
• Setting appointments for customers from the Internet, based on goals defined by the Internet Sales Manager.
• Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software.
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
