Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills is hiring a Sales & Service Manager to lead our store’s guest experience and performance. You will drive sales targets, coach the team, and ensure efficient operations on the sales floor and back of house.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to shape the Sales & Service strategy, develop talent, and maintain ALO’s guiding principles in daily interactions with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic store environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and accountability.
• Constant mobility around the store.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb and move safely around the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the General Manager to close gaps.
• Oversee Sales & Service to deliver exceptional guest experience and coach team members.
• Continue to build client relationships with customers daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with General Manager to implement Sales & Service strategy across the store.
