Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a sales associate to present vacation ownership options at resort locations. You will discuss products, provide accurate information from the fact sheet, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include touring clients at resorts, attending product briefings, and contributing to a positive workplace while maintaining flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve complex customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Arizona Real Estate license within the first 3 months of employment.
• Real estate coursework completed and license obtained are conditions of employment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Apply company presentation products and concepts during discussions with clients while touring resort locations.
• Present vacation ownership product information accurately to clients as provided on the approved Company’s fact sheet.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness via email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Participate in department meetings for updates on HGV products and related information.
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to company core values and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management based on business needs.
