Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets. You will upsell retail products and waxing services, educate guests about Wax Passes, and assist with check-ins, payments, and reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs and process payments, refunds and reservations.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms.
