Responsibilities

Educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, and the benefits of regular visits.
Uphold Artemis Wax standards, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain a clean front desk and lobby, keeping branding and hygiene in line.
Collaborate with teammates and share product knowledge.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
