• 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and CRM use.
• Willingness to travel to local stores and for meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and sell using the Lovesac process, maintain a strong quote pipeline, and follow up to drive conversions.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and foster lasting relationships.
