Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exemplary leadership to motivate, inspire and develop a dedicated hospitality team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts to ensure seamless service.
• Act as brand ambassador, upholding standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members to execute hospitality and service excellence.
• Play a role in driving guest satisfaction and continuous improvement across shifts.
