Red Robin is hiring a Restaurant Service Manager in the United States, Florida. The role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining our hospitality standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences with unbridled energy and engagement.

You will lead a team, drive exceptional service, and uphold brand values while coordinating with teams to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate team
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
• Preferred Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
• Experience managing a team
