Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations during shifts, delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. As a Brand ambassador, you’ll uphold our standards and drive a culture focused on continuous improvement and teamwork.

You will lead a passionate team, manage hospitality execution, and leverage tools like Excel, Outlook, Word, and scheduling systems to optimize performance across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
