HEI Hotels & Resorts’ The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection, is seeking an administrative support role to assist the Sales Team with bookings, contracts, and client communications in the Houston area. The role requires hotel experience, basic office skills, and strong customer service ability.

You will handle VIP reservations and coordinate across departments to ensure accurate, timely paperwork. Ideal candidates bring Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, and the flexibility

Qualificações

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic administrative knowledge and proper telephone etiquette.
• Ability to input information into a computer using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle internal and external customers with diplomacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to sit/stand for the shift and manage filing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between Sales Manager(s) and clients; take inquiry information and prepare paperwork.
• Enter data and produce contracts, forms, and correspondences using word processing software.
• Answer calls clearly; direct requests and record messages for staff.
• Distribute documents to ensure timely processing by hotel and supplier staff.
• Handle reservations for VIP clients and coordinate with departments.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents to maintain essential records.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
