Create and maintain reservation records, process cancellations and modifications.
Assist guests in selecting accommodations and packages.
Provide friendly, professional service at all times.
Answer calls and emails promptly and accurately.
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Upsell guest rooms and hotel facilities where appropriate.
