Job summary

Oaklawn in Hot Springs, Arkansas seeks a Call Center Agent to support reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries. You will help guests find the right accommodations, upsell hotel facilities, and provide a memorable first impression over the phone and email.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Luxury segment hotel experience highly preferable.
• 2+ years hotel/resort experience.
• 2+ years guest service experience.
• 2+ years call center experience preferred.
• Hotel front desk/reservation experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reservation records and process cancellations or modifications.
• Assist guests in finding accommodations and upsell hotel facilities.
• Provide a friendly, professional image in all guest interactions.
• Answer calls and emails promptly; maintain knowledge of facilities, rates, and promotions.
• Use hotel management systems to book and enter room reservations and rooming lists.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments as required.
