Job summary

The Abbey Resort is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team. You will help guests plan their stay by answering questions, securing accommodations, and delivering personalized service that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Your attention to detail, professionalism, and rapport-building will help ensure a smooth reservation process and set the stage for an outstanding resort experience. This is a Full Time, Hourly position with a pay rate of $14-$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality, reservations, front desk, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Answer questions about accommodations, rates, amenities, and resort offerings.
• Provide exceptional service while handling guest requests and special accommodations.
• Process deposits and maintain accurate reservations records.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
