The Abbey Resort in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, Wisconsin, is hiring a Reservations Agent to join our guest-focused team. You will help guests plan their stay by answering questions, securing accommodations, and delivering personalized service that aligns with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, front desk, or call center preferred.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

As a key member of our Reservations team, you\'ll help guests plan their stay by answering questions, securing accommodations, and providing personalized service that reflects our commitment to hospitality. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to build rapport with guests will help ensure a smooth reservation process and set the stage for an outstanding resort experience.

Job Type:Full Time, Hourly

Rate of Pay: $14-$16
