Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of hotel/hospitality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest questions.
• Enter and confirm bookings into the reservation system.
• Act as concierge by supplying guests with directions and information.
