Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some sales experience preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out group tours and bus charters on arrival.
• Build relationships to promote return visits to the casino.
• Assist with myViejas card signup at the desk and on the floor.
• Provide personalized guest service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Input and retrieve guest info in the CRM system accurately.
• Explain and promote the myViejas Rewards program and benefits.
