Qualifications

• Minimum high school education, post-high school preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests and changes via multiple channels.
• Determine caller needs and upsell hotel services.
• Maintain knowledge of each property and brand programs.
• Handle guest service issues with proper resolution.
• Refer group/corporate leads to sales and manage group blocks.
• Communicate special requests to hotels promptly and accurately.
