Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education minimum; post-high school preferred.
• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests via phone, chat, or other channels for all properties.
• Determine callers' needs through active listening and probing questions to upsell.
• Maintain knowledge of each property to effectively sell hotel services.
• Stay informed on brand programs and initiatives.
• Be able to answer brand questions and handle guest service issues.
• Refer group and corporate leads to sales; maintain group blocks.
• Answer calls with professional selling techniques and personalization.
• Recap reservation details and communicate policies clearly.
• Notify hotels promptly of special requests and urgent matters.
• Keep current on property amenities and offerings.
